The COBRA Self Defense System is basically a police academy for civilians. We are NOT a martial arts based system. We teach very aggressive and proven concepts to men, women, and older children. We have an excellent anti-abduction training program for women, men, and children. We teach gun disarms, attacking the attacker, and utilize gross motor movement through real scenario based training where you are actually hitting and striking. COBRA Self Defense Tulsa, is the local greater Tulsa area authorized training center for the nationally acclaimed COBRA Self Defense System. We teach gross motor skill movement, and provide students a very high quality curriculum to go along with the action based training. We have very flexible options. We can come and train you at your facility, or if you have a group, we can work with your group to set up the schedule around your needs. We also have private and group training at our facility, just 9 minutes west of downtown Tulsa. Call us to discuss working out a specialized training regimen for your self defense needs. We can provide emergency training in as little as 2 hours. We also offer, 4 hour training, 1 day- 8 hour survival camps all the way to our 10 week academy. We meet twice a week for 75 minute sessions- for 10 weeks. At the end of this 22 hour training, you receive a certificate and a COBRA graduate T-Shirt. All our courses have a beginning and an end. We do not offer ongoing classes like typical martial arts.
