Strafford County Head Start provides high quality early childhood education, family advocacy and health services to eligible families in Strafford County, New Hampshire. We provide both center base and home based services and serve children from prenatal to five years of age. Head Start is a national program that is designed to help low income families get their children ready for school. Family eligibility is based on a variety of factors: income, active duty military status, child???s disability, if the child is a foster child and homelessness.
