Housing Development The National Homeless Protection Agency Housing Development Program is a program that helps the general public and other types of things. Our services offer that we help you with is that we can help you write out your application get you into our program. We also offer our own transitional housing if you cannot be accepted for your own apartment by The Department of Human Services, and if for any reason you are denied. Our agency will take you into consideration immediately for case management services. In this program we offer: 1) Housing application services. 2) Public housing assistance. 3) Emergency shelter referrals. 4) Emergency beds at the YWCA / YMCA 5) Train City, Counties and States funded shelters on Homeless Reintegration Program

Quakerdale is a Christian ministry that has been serving the needs of youth and families in the state of Iowa for nearly 160 years with locations in Waterloo, Marshalltown, Newton, New Providence, and Manning Iowa. Currently Quakerdale serves over 1,000 children and their families anually. A variety of services are available for youth and families, including: Adoption Services, After-Care, Assessment Services, Community Based Day Treatment, School-Based Programs, Shelter Care, and Transitional living. New initiatives include: Mobile Camp, Equine Therapy Quakerdale Farm Program, and the Promise Academy.
