The Roscommon County Community Foundation (RCCF) was established in 2001 to assist with projects and programs throughout our county. RCCF currently administers 56 Endowment Funds & 5 Special Project Funds. These Funds are used by RCCF to support other nonprofits, our school districts and our governmental agencies with Grant funding, through gifts provided by our many donors, to advance the quality of life for our citizens and visitors.

The Hope Project is a faith-based nonprofit organization established to fight human trafficking and its effects. Our mission is to provide restoration and healing from the effects of trafficking. We are dedicated to the rehabilitation of young victims within the United States.

Connections Human Services was founded in the summer of 2011. It came into being as a response to a real and proposed reduction in public service spending for the poor and disabled. One of the primary goals of Connections Human Services is to impact those in poverty by assisting individuals obtain skills that would improve their lives and communities. However, the issues of poverty are diverse and include: Education, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, Employment and the list goes on. Connections Human Services is committed to work with individuals and community volunteers to address these issues.

In a supported supervised environment individuals continue to build skills towards a goal of independent employment. We have partnered with many area business since 1993. We provide services in our 8 facilities or can provide crews to work on-site. Think about a task that could be done repetitively, maybe stock piled and ready to increase overall productivity. A piece rate price is determined, you pay only for work completed, not breaks and benefits. Our instructors ensure the task is done to employer satisfaction under subcontract terms. Liability insurance is available for on site tasks.
