The company Business Application Developers (BAD) was formed in 1990 as a software consulting company. The company was formed in Anchorage, Alaska. Initially the primary focus were clients within the state of Alaska. Since inception, the company has moved to Wasilla, Alaska and has broadened its customer base to a global market. BAD's primary focus is bespoke software development. Generally, contracts are performed partially at the client site, but the bulk of the development work is done remotely.
