Tenants and association members can pay rent and dues and variable charges through the tenant portal (ACH) or via IVR phone payments, for those who do not have a computer. Monthly statements are sent via email or USPS mail. Late rent payments automatically are charged a late fee, and late notices are sent. All accounting is automated when the subscriber uses automatic rent collection.
