The goal and objective of this ministry is to assist anyone we can, anywhere we can, anyway we can; to improve the lives of those that we are able to come in contact with. The ministry produces results by teaching effective principles that functionally apply to the individual that utilizes the Programs available. Bishop Rich Carter, PA is the Presiding Prelate of the Ministry and the Senior Pastor to the new Pawleys Island church. His philosophy is, "it's not the dog in the fight but the fight in the dog." The ministry strives to love and challenge growth in its supporters.
