Established in 1979 Grand Workshoppe Piano Co. has gained a reputation as being a fully equipped repair and rebuilding facility. Founded by current owner Mr. Daniel Fusco, a graduate of The Perkins Institute of Piano Technology. Mr. Fusco also studied piano rebuilding in Europe (Steinway & Sons in Hamburgh Germany, among others), in New York State at the Steinway & Sons in NYC and the Aeolian factory in Rochester in the Mason Hamlin, Chickering, and Wm. Knabe division. Returning to NY in 1979 Dan founded Grand Workshoppe and commenced rebuilding and servicing pianos for some of the world's leading musicians and institutions. However, our business has always been focused on maintaining pianos for the average family with children.
