We come to your location to troubleshoot your computer in its natural environment, or pick it up to work on it in our home office. Once we have established our relationship, we can often times help with your computer & train you with Remote Support. Besides Mac computer systems, Scott is experienced in general electronics set up. He can install, troubleshoot or configure sound systems, theatre screens, cabling, A/V set-ups, DVD players, networks, computers with TVs, gaming units, etc. for home & business. Scott is also a professional audio engineer. Jacque, Scott's wife & partner, has worked on Macs & done professional graphic design & prepress for 20 years.
