Whole Beings Wellness (WBW) is a family integrated approach to well-being. Our goal is to create a safe space while honoring each individual's journey. We're especially dedicated to serving families during their journey through pregnancy, birth, parenthood and beyond. We wish to encourage each child and adult to know, understand, and listen to their bodies. Through these classes, workshops and resources I am please to support you in achieving a heightened state of well being through the integration of mind, body and breath. WBW offers Yoga for the beginner and intermediate student, as well as children, Zumba Basic, Zumba Gold and Zumbatomic. Moreover, we offer childbirth classes, birth/postpartum support as a doula, breastfeeding counseling and parenting/relationship education.
