There's a great saying that I'm sure you know - 'those that fail to plan, plan to fail'. This has never been truer than trying to establish an online business. Lack of fundamental business building knowledge is really the primary cause for so much time wasting. So many people run around online without any real structure or thought to what they want to achieve - spending a few hours surfing through forums, and then a few more looking at images on a site, checking emails, glance through an eBook etc etc etc... Now please don't berate yourself if this sounds like you, we've all been guilty of doing this when we started. And I include myself when I began!
