Winds of Change is a residential substance abuse facility nestled in the hardwoods of rural Southeast Oklahoma. WOC employs both evidence-based and systems theory and treatment modalities to challenge negative thinking and to help the person served to accept responsibility, embrace change, and to resume 'top-down' functioning. Initially, behavior modification is utilized, the person served is assessed, and a treatment relationship is established. Ultimately, the person served is delivered into a maintenance and performance phase, whereby he demonstrates competency Wand progress with managing addiction.
