Jesus gave the purpose of the church in Matthew 28:19-20, and that is to make disciples of all nations and see them mature in obedience to His teaching. He made disciples. We want to equip and train others in the gospel and God's Word so they can equip and train others. We want to be disciples who make disciples.

Middle Tennessee is home to a lot of small businesses and local farmers, which builds tight knit communities. The community and surrounding areas support shopping local and healthy eating. After operating a successful farm for many years, Larry Masters and his wife Jacqueline saw the need for a USDA meat and poultry processing plant, as there were not many, reliable, affordable and USDA Inspected plants nearby. The Masters family has been in the farming business for decades, and something that started out as a small plan to process their own all natural, pasture raised animals, turned into something much, much bigger! Welcome to Underground Slaughter. We are built upon a foundation of being honest and reliable. We currently operate a USDA Inspected processing plant located in Walling, Tennessee, (midway between Nashville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville), making us accessible for many small farmers in Tennessee and surrounding states. Larry's love of farming and his community has inspired him to build upon a dream of keeping small farms thriving, and processing quality, affordable meats and poultry for consumers and producers. We keep an open relationship with our customers and want to be transparent about our processing protocols. We are the only USDA dual red meat and poultry processor for the small farmer in Tennessee, and we take pride in our work. Larry employs an experienced butcher and staff that are responsible for dressing, butchering, inspecting and processing meats. We only allow the very best product to leave our facility. We know our customers deserve the highest level of service, and that is exactly what we will provide. We are committed to offering our customers the best processing for their meat and poultry in Middle Tennessee that is USDA inspected and affordable. Rabbit, quail, pheasant and other species not covered by the Federal Meat Inspection Act is slaughtered and processed in our FDA inspected facility and can be sold to the public. The Underground Slaughter team is known for giving back to the community as well, as they participate in a lot of local charity events, food drives, donation giveaways, etc. Not to mention the jobs that Underground Slaughter will bring to this small town as it grows. We have received an overwhelming amount of positive feedback from our current clients, and are currently taking new small scale clients by appointment only. Most processing is done and ready for pickup on the same day.
