As a result of an outsourcing opportunity, On Time Mailing was incorporated in 1996, as an independent direct mail and fulfillment company. Through the continued expansion of our services and client base, we have achieved annual sustained growth rates at 30%. In support of this expansion, in 1997 we began limited plastic card personalization services. Through continued acquisition of equipment and system technologies, we incorporated On Time Plastic Imaging in 2001. In 2004, the two entitles relocated to a brand new, state-of-the-art facility 10 miles north of Boston. Today, we are a full service direct mail and plastic card imaging service provider simply known as OnTime Companies.
