Community Enterprise LLC is a company that is being formed to meet the need of revitalizing neighborhoods in the Iowa City & Coralville townships for redevelopment in older areas. The company is focused on distressed properties in Johnson County area. These homes will be restructured/renovated to meet the need for single families and/or rental properties at a much better price compared to new homes built today in older neighborhoods. The houses in these areas will be renovated by the owners of the business, Both whom are experienced in house renovations. External contractors will also be used in the renovation process to get the homes back on the market at a much higher rate, but most of the work will be completed by the Company.
