After working in personal and small business financing we started to see a number of individuals who needed funding to purchase residential and commercial property. The problem we saw was sometimes relying on personal loans, or even small business funding they almost always came up short. So we began building relationships with lenders that could realistically help those individuals get the funding they needed to purchase real estate. We now have a network of lenders who will not only get them the funds they need, but quicker than going to a bank. We also developed programs where we can work with new investors just starting out ( zero experience) as well as individuals with challenging credit histories. In most cases this can be achieved without the borrower not putting up 'personal assets' in the process.
