We are proudly on our 3rd generation, with Lloyd's grandaughter Cheri Deidrick keeping the agency thriving and remaining with the family connection. Cheri joined the agency in 1995 when her mother Joyce Howe was running the agency. Lloyd was retired, but still frequently visited the office. Joyce officially retired in 2016 after 40+ years. Other family includes a cousin, Abby Gustafson who joined the office in 1997. Being a small agency has allowed us to build relationships with our customers and often we insure generations of families continuing the connection.
