The Tennessee Fugitive Task Force picks up skips for bonding companies, performs Event Security, Bodyguard Protection and subcontracts with Law Enforcement to transport their fugitives to their destinations. After we receive the paperwork from the bondsman, we investigate, locate, perform surveillance and arrest the the fugitive. After we have the fugitive in custody, we transport them to the jurisdiction from which they fled. By doing this we exonerate the bonding company of their obligation. We charge 10% of the total bond plus expenses. All of our agents are state certified and trained in all facets of fugitive recovery, arrest procedure, law and ethics and prisoner transport.
