I am a transactional attorney who negotiates and drafts contracts. I have experience in preparing deals and providing timely, excellent quality yet cost-effective counsel for musicians and other art and entertainment professionals from around the world. Before becoming a lawyer I played drums professionally in a variety of bands throughout the U.S. and Europe. During that time I reviewed, analyzed, and negotiated many contracts. I decided to get my law degree so that I could help my musician friends understand the complex language and legal implications of the contracts that they were facing. In addition to working with music-related agreements and many other new media deals, I work with homeowners, contractors, small business, and HOAs to help them make sound legal decisions.
