He is also an active bar member in the State of Florida (1978), the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (2000), the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut (1978), the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York (1995), and the United States Supreme Court (2004).
