Attorney Barbieri received his B.A. degree and graduated as a U.S. Military Commissioned Officer from Pennsylvania Military College. He received his J.D. degree from Western New England School of Law. Mark, is also a member of the Collaborative Divorce Lawyers Association. Being extremely committed to the practice of Alternative Dispute Resolution as an alternative to litigation and Court intervention, Mark favors Collaborative Practice and/or Mediation whenever possible. He emphasizes the same alternative dispute resolution techniques wherever possible in other legal areas as a means of reducing costs to participants and contentious legal battles. However, when litigation in these areas is necessary, he has the qualifications and experience to accomplish the task.
