Vickie Poliard is the founder of The Poliard Law Firm, LLC. She was born and raised in Miami, FL to Haitian immigrant parents. She graduated from Florida State University in 2009 with a Bachelor degree in Communication. While at Florida State, Ms. Poliard was a member of various clubs and organization, devoting much of her time to volunteering with the Early Learning Coalition. Poliard graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2012. While at UGA, she was a member of the Black Law Student Association Mock Trial team. As a law student, under the Third Year Practice Act, Ms. Poliard interned at the Western Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office where she primarily represented juvenile’s offenders in the Athens-Clark County Juvenile Court. Ms. Poliard has a true passion for all aspects of the entertainment industry, but especially music. She believes in fairness and equity for artists so that the playing field may be level for them as they achieve their personal, professional, and artistic goals.
