I have represented defendants in felony cases including murder cases, (Class M), drug cases (from Class 4 possessions to Class X manufacturing/delivery within 1000 feet of church, school, etc), aggravated criminal sexual assault, possession of weapon by a felon, DUI'S, misdemeanors and minor traffic offenses. I also practice in family law, handling divorce, separations, custody disputes, visitation, child support, juvenile cases-both abuse and neglect and delinquency, and DCFS administrative hearings.
