Attorney Robert Brott has been engaged in the practice of law for over 40 years. His practice includes civil litigation, real estate, township law, probate and estate planning, business law and divorce/family law. Mr. Brott grew up in Traverse City, receiving his B.A. from Central Michigan University in 1968 and his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Wayne State University in 1971. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1972 and is admitted to practice before all Courts in Michigan.
Attorney Philip A. Settles has been with the firm for 20 years and is well practiced in all phases of criminal and civil litigation. Over the years Philip has narrowed his field of expertise to criminal, real estate, family and divorce, as well as business law. Philip attended the Detroit College of Law, while bartending at night, and graduated in 1985.
Attorney Wilson D. Brott has been practicing law since November 1994 and is a lifelong Traverse City resident. He received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 1991 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1994.
