Mr. Bollhofer has been licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey since 1985. Elder Law and Estate and Business Planning, including asset transfer and Medicaid applications, have been primary areas of Mr. Bollhofer's law practice since 1985. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and of the Elder Law, Estates and Trusts and Real Property Sections of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations. Mr. Bollhofer also maintains an active real estate practice, representing purchasers, sellers and lenders, and is counsel to Downstate Title Agency, Inc. His legal advice regarding estate and medicaid planning, elder law and real estate matters has appeared several times in Newsday and other area publications.
