William Kevin Stoos, PC was founded by William Kevin Stoos in 1999 when Mr. Stoos left a previous firm where he was senior partner and decided to start his own law firm. A trial lawyer with 36 years of trial experience in all courts, Stoos is primarily engaged in trial work including insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage litigation, coverage opinions for insurance companies, representing contractors and owners in construction litigation and reperesenting contractors in cases involving insurance coverage for construction defects. Stoos also writes religious columns and articles for various publications and writes books to raise money for the work of the church. He is a regular columnist for the Canada Free Press where he writes a column of political satire.
