Tone East Music LLC. produced six CD's to date. "Tuba Mirum", "They Call Him,Antonio", Tone Poems I,"And Your Tuba Too, Tony!'', Tone Poems II, "An American Symphony #1", Tone Poems III, "Synergy", and Tone Poems IV ,"Tuba Sonate", V- "Unexpected Love" in Fall/ 2014 After years as a performer, and orchestrator, Tone East Music LLC was created as a multi-faceted production house specializing in the development, production, and publishing of songs and music underscoring for visual multi-media and CD distribution worldwide. Tony Underwood has been composing and producing professionally recorded music for film and radio under his own label “Tone East Music” . Currently located in Northeast Ohio and Shepherdstown, West Virginia, although creating for the world; Tone East Music, LLC has produced 6 CDs that feature the Tuba in a never before blend of arrangements written specifically for the instrument. In 1994, Tone-East Music, LLC became a production company in Englewood, New Jersey. It was created when Mr. Underwood was asked to compose, write, and produce five pieces for the Pony Canyon Records (Japan) debut CD, Trent Song, of noted Jazz Saxello performer John Purcell. Tony composed, produced, and performed on keyboards and vocals for the project. He featured such notables as vocalist Lisa Fischer (who has sung with icons such as Luther Vandross, Tina Turner, and The Rolling Stones), Katreese Barnes (“Oh Sit” composer/music director), premiere bassist Anthony Jackson (Invented the “Six-String Electric Bass), and premiere drummer Steven Jordan (producer/drummer for Keith Richards, Eric Clapton and John Mayer). Since that time, Tone East Music, LLC has further developed significant industry connections that allow a wide array of sub-contracting choices that are required for today’s multi-media projects.
