I started Gaston Graphic Studio on the simple premise of customer service is a lost item these days and I wanted to change that for me and you my customers. When I was a younger strapping gentleman, a few years out of high school, I started in the business as a pressman at a commercial printing company. As the years went by, the business was sold, and a new owner took charge of the company. He didn't seem to care about the customer service. We lost customers. That is why great customer service is important to me. I know prices are important too, but if you can have one business that will treat you very well, gives you updates throughout the whole process of printing and has all the services and products that you need...WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE?
