John Adrian Halder, CEO of J Halder Consulting LLC, is the immediate past President of Community Colleges for International Development, Inc. He retired on June 30th 2010 after 12 years. During his tenure the organization grew from 80 colleges to 170; membership in 4 countries grew to membership in 30; and the budget expanded from $1m to $40m. Prior to CCID he managed international programs at a community college, and earlier worked on small business development plans with clients. J. Halder Consulting LLC brings these life and technical experiences to clients. Halder is now contracted to work with CCID as a Global Outreach Consultant, sharing the knowledge acquired over decades. He also works with a Washington DC non-profit company, and is consulting with colleges on global eduction,
