Once the attorneys got a judgment, most cases ended up stalling out. The attorneys did what they could as far a negotiating payments and working with customers, but there still were literally hundreds of cases that remained unpaid. We researched post judgment remedies in Massachusetts, and found that there are options to force a defendant to pay their bill. With our long standing partnership with Experian (credit bureau), Accurint (skip tracing and asset research), many attorneys, collection agencies, Constables, Sheriffs, we were able to transition into a unique Judgment Recovery service that is in very high demand. Our business model works well when we have something to sink our teeth into. Examples of things we can sink our teeth into are if the defendant has a car, property, or any assets. With the new exemptions on vehicles and bank accounts, we have been implementing more Capias service. Of course the key to Capias, we need to locate the defendant to be able to bring the defendants back to the court. I will say that in almost every case, where we have been able to target the defendant for a civil arrest, they usually can come up with some of the money (if not all) and enter info a solid payment plan. Now the difference with our service is we will do all the leg work in locating the defendants and their assets. We will go back to the court and make sure all the "I's" are dotted and "T's" are crossed. That way, we will not expose you or us to any counter suit actions and give the defendant an out.
