Tom brings his 30 years of experience as a member of the St. Louis County Rescue Squad based out of St. Louis County, Minnesota. Dave Phillips has 28 years of law enforcement experience with the St. Louis County, Minnesota, Sheriff’s Office. Together, they offer 40 plus years of technical expertise in Side Scan Sonar and Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs). During early development, in addition to search and recovery, and light salvage, demand grew from public safety agencies to learn more on utilizing sonar and ROV equipment for drowning victim recovery. This resulted in the development of various training seminar programs. Crossmon Consulting offers training seminars worldwide on side scan sonar and ROV usage for equipment dating from earlier models up to the most technologically advanced. Its company history is comprised of substantiated experience in cases and projects of various sorts for; Drowning Victim Recovery, Light Salvage, Historical Exploration, and Underwater Documentation.
