Gary Mertz Architects was established in October 1996. We are a small energetic firm adroit in residential and commercial design. Our prevailing theme combines New Urbanism with energy conscious design. Our work includes Housing, Mixed-Use Projects, Office, Retail and Medical with a growing list of Child Day Care centers as well as Adult Day Care. Additionally our Housing projects include, single, urban infill, multiple and townhouse projects, integrating low, moderate and market rate housing.
