Rocky Chambers is a registered professional engineer. He runs a consulting practice that specializes in land development design and permitting. He graduated from The University of Tennessee with a Bachelor???s of Science in Engineering in 2004, and with a Masters of Business administration in 2008. Rocky is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and holds the office of Treasurer for the Chattanooga branch of Engineers Without Borders.
