DUAL Commissions allows Real Estate professionals to earn not only their normal Real Estate commissions with their current broker but also to legally earn commissions on the mortgages associated with their Real Estate transactions without needing to get an individual state mortgage license or learn the loan production process. The program is fully compliant with SAFE Act, NMLS, RESPA, and HUD, so there is no conflict of interest for them to earn both a Real Estate commission and a mortgage commission on the same transaction, and create an additional stream of income on their current business.
