Bell Design Company (BDC) was incorporated in September 1994. BDC serves clients in both the public and private sector, including counties, cities, private citizens, and industrial clients. BDC has worked on projects primarily in the Columbia River Gorge from Multnomah and Clark Counties to the west to Wasco and Klickitat Counties to the east. Historically, projects have included, but have not been limited to, road design, water and sewer system modeling, water and sewer master plans, water and sewer system design, pump station design, structural analysis and design, septic system design, public and private land surveying, construction inspection services, and contract administration. Bell Design Company has 14 employees and has worked on nearly 4,000 projects in the Columbia River Gorge and the Portland Metro area, serving more than 2,000 public and private clients.
