Back in 1998, John Forrest was busy roasting gourmet coffee for the thriving business he and Susie owned together...Shaky City Coffee. As fulfilling as that was, he wanted to build his family's wealth by buying and holding real estate so he became a licensed Realtor. As their kids got older, Susie passed the Broker's exam and in August 2004, Forrest Properties was born.
