While there I had noted that there is no specialist in the Antelope Valley who really specializes in Apartments and Investment Properties. I have made it my quest to be the consummate professional in the apartment and investment property specialty in the Antelope Valley. My focus is on real estate investment opportunities including apartments, office, and industrial sales. My efforts are really on anything income producing or properties having the potential to do so. As a result, I am also working on Commercial REO properties which are properties that are generally vacant but with a good upside potential.
