Ward Charter grew up in Colusa, CA. He attended Chico State after high school and graduated with a degree in Business Marketing. While attending college he received his real estate license and started working for Century 21. After college he moved to Zamora, CA where he started farming and selling farms & ranches.Currently he farms rice and sells farms & ranches throughout Northern California.
