Red Rocks Certified Property Inspection LLC was founded in 2016 by Cy Cushenberry, the former Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Manitou Springs. Cy has been a real estate investor, builder, remodeler, and inspector for over 30 years. Our mission at Red Rocks is to help buyers, sellers, investors, and REALTORS® move through the property inspection process as thoroughly and safely as possible while offering premium services. Our further mission is to provide our clients an unbiased, high-quality professional property inspection. We are successful because our inspections are performed with honesty and integrity as we behave in a professional manner. We are respectful and considerate of not only our clients, but also property owners, their property, their belongings and their pets. We strive for excellence at all times. We know our knowledge in the property inspection business is ongoing and we continually educate ourselves with peer learning and continuing education classes.
