From the heart of the Midwest, the founders of the Hesse Team, Scott and Terri Hesse, spent 20 years owning and operating a landscaping and retail garden center in O’Fallon, IL. Located just minutes outside of St. Louis, MO, the area was a unique mixture of rural, urban, and military influence due to the presence of Scott Air Force Base. During their 20 years in business, Scott and Terri have also purchased, rehabbed, and sold many homes in Illinois, Kentucky, and Florida. The Hesse team has extensive family roots throughout the Midwest, including MI, WI, KY, and MO, giving them a “finger on the pulse” of the many Midwesterners looking to escape the cold to relocate in sunny Florida. Their many years of business experience combined with their passion for real estate has set the stage for them to help others fulfill their sunny-destination dreams by joining the sales staff at Keller-Williams Realty Gold. In addition to being passionate dog-lovers and participating in dog-rescue, Scott and Terri are also the proud parents of three children: Ryan, 25, a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University who now resides in Denver, CO, Sarah, 23, a recent graduate from the University of Missouri, and Patrick, 20, a junior at the University of Kentucky.
