The Culvers Hill community consists of two phases offering a variety of accommodations. Phase I is affordable housing for seniors 62 years of age and over, and has income limits. Phase II is for singles/families of all ages and has no income limits. We offer ground-level, duplex style living in our spacious two bedroom homes located on peaceful cul-de-sac streets. Our homes include a washer/dryer, private patios and have an attached garage. We also take care of all the yard maintenance! We are located in North Webster, in the heart of Indiana's lake country, and home to Indiana's oldest stern wheel paddle boat, The Dixie.
