Iowa Land Management and Real Estate Company is located in Vinton, Iowa. From this office we manage our client's properties which are located primarily in the eastern one half of Iowa. We also are involved more sparsely in western Iowa, southern Minnesota and western Illinois. The company is owned by David W Wessling. David is a life-long resident of Benton County. He is a graduate of Iowa State University. He and his wife Kathy reside just outside of Vinton. David is a member of the Realtors Land Institute. Although the company name has changed, the personnel have been managing many of the same properties since the early 1970's from the same building.
