Eastern Net Lease Advisors was founded in 2003 to focus on investment sales of single tenant NNN real estate throughout New England. Mr. O'Mara has worked in the commercial real estate market for over 25 years, including 12 years in the corporate sector performing site selection, development, financial analysis and lease negotiations for national & regional retailers based in New England. He has represented a variety of private investors, financial institutions, developers and retailers with acquisitions and disposition assignments. Using this experience Mr. O'Mara is very active in the NNN sector advising sellers and buyers with acquisition and disposition strategies, especially those clients involved with executing a 1031 exchange strategy.
