I take the information that people give me such as the type of house there looking for, the price they want to pay for a house, the location they are looking to move to, and the size of house they need or want. Then I will take everything I gathered and find a few possible matches for them. At that point I will send them a list of places that they can look at, and when they have chosen a few out of those i will then send the list of reality companies to corispond with the list they give me with phone #'s and adresses of those companies. After they speak to the companies and make there final decission I would ask for a 10% finders fee from the company that they buy from so that way you will not have to pay extra for my sevices.
