We took a wonderful 19th century building and exposing its internal massive hardwood framework while blending the same into truly awe inspiring apartments with soaring 14 foot ceilings and orginal hardwood floors. Designing from the outside in allowed us to use the very latest in energy saving building techniques. Closed cell foam surrounds the building in a thick blanket of warmth that is impenatrable to cold winter winds while at the same time keeping it nice and cool in the hot, humid weather of our summers. The building is super fire safe with sprinklers, CO and smoke detectors in every room, with inside & outside sprinklers too. Cement based "Hardy Board" mimics the orginal wide board siding.. Off street assigned parking is in the rear, as is the new laundry and mail boxes..
