I do extensive and stratigic research to find and purchase properties at below wholesale prices and then sell them to wholesale buyers to repair and either sell or rent. I don't "low ball" or "cheat" anybody out of their property. I simply bring to light the fairest deal for all and help people solve their "Property Problems". I do all the leg work and sell the properties for less than the investors could have gotten them for themselves. This saves them the obvious money but also many hours of time which they can then spend doing what they do best.
