Welcome to N&N Properties, of the Triad, Inc., we provide affordable housing to the communities of Winston Salem, King, Lewisville and Walkertown in the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina for nearly 30 years. We provide many types of housing options for our tenants from Manufactured Homes to 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. We have several 3 bedroom properties. We work closely with Housing Authority of Winston Salem and accept HUD applicants. N&N Properties gives back to the community through Church Sponsored Programs including Habitat for Humanity, Food Bank, Salvation Army, Goodwill, Rescue Mission, Scouting Programs and other charities and Organizations that support the local community.
