We are small but have built foundation of a successful company from the very start. Some may call the approach we take a bit unorthodox or old fashioned but we believe in some simple things; we run a debt free company (this includes no mortgages on any property we buy), treat all our tenants with respect and fairness and make long lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with our vendors. We hope that by purchasing and remodeling homes in the akron/canton area we might be able in some small part aid in the revitalization of the areas we operate. Finally we want to provide our residents with a safe and comfortable place to call home.
