While we are always interested in any good real estate investment, our primary focus is on self storage, commercial & residential properties, and small office buildings. In order for a property to meet our requirements, it is thoroughly underwritten and must demonstrate an ability to quickly increase, in value, and generate a positive cash flow. We sometimes buy and sell quickly. At other times, we hold properties in our portfolio. This decision is entirely dependant on the team's goals for the property.
