Family owned and operated, Ott's MHP is lovely and well monitored for safety. It has plenty of extra room at no cost for boats, atv's, campers, cars, etc. Most of the tenants have been there for more then ten years and love it. It's located in a very private location. It's have 12 units which is small but easier to know everyone and there cars. It's a must see if you are interested in moving into a mobile home park. Its about 15 south of Charleston. Easy drive into Charleston, Edisto, James Island. Has been in business for 47 years.
